I statted at 35. Im just about to be 36 and i am progressing in that year well enough that people are impressed. Forget all those insecure masculine videos telling you gym workouts, i have actually transformed my body in just 6 months and people notice that too. Parkour is the real deal. It's like cocaine. It is addictive, you do it in lines, it gets your heart going, and leaves your body sore.

10:38 - a .22 is no joke. The AR-15 is .223 - not much bigger. Yes, it's obviously travelling at a much higher velocity, but still. being shot at close range by a air rifle is gonna cause damage. some of the really high power air rifles have similar ballistics to 22lr - actual rifles. you can see the damage. the hole you see in Max's body is the same you'd see on the battle field. it's just the difference in penetration. Crazy.

Where is Walter nowadays

I did this when I got my bone spurs in my shoulder from a fall where all my weight went on it. I really worsend it for months before my brother who has an injury saw me and told me what I was doing. I was in so much less pain when I stopped . :(

Now watching this 9 years later i realise this is one of the biggest and the best tricking tournaments ever made.

It's 2023, flow stopped posting videos and parkour it's not anymore a mainstream thing as it used to be and yet I can't get over this series. Watching it later in the years only adds value to what they were capable of and the skills they had. Despite the lost in popularity, parkour will never cease to amaze me!
